Because Our Products Are Made-to-Order…
All of our items are print-on-demand, which means they are custom-made just for you. For that reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
- The item is defective
- You received the wrong item
What to Do If There’s a Problem:

- Include your order number and a photo of the issue
- We’ll investigate and offer a replacement or refund if the item is eligible
